Steve is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry with over 36 years of experience. Over the span of his career, he has worked in marketing, land development, and most notably, real estate.
Steve served his country as a member of the Army National Guard. An active member of the Branson community, he has also served on the board of many local organizations and non-profits, like the Branson Lakes Chamber and The Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS

Robert R. Huels, CCIM
Robert is an industry veteran with 29 years of experience in commercial real estate. An innovator, he noticed the Branson had a great need for commercial specialists and investors. He got his start by marketing spaces for lease in shopping centers and helping landlords revise their leases and increase property value.
Robert aids in the selection of lease space for dozens of national and regional tenants, and hundreds of local tenants. He is very familiar with the intricacies of the Branson market, especially in the Music Theater business.

Rich Crowell
Rich Crowell joins the Commercial One Brokers Group after years of bottom-line responsibility in the restaurant business. “His expertise in restaurant management, cost analysis and control, restaurant equipment, sales, and marketing, as well as management of his own investments, is a good fit for our company,” said Huels.
“With all his experience in the restaurant industry, he is positioned to offer complete knowledge in restaurant sales and leasing,” said Critchfield. We look forward to expanding our expertise into this growing business in the Branson, Tri-Lakes Area.
