Improved residential markets in the Tri-Lakes area continued an upward trend from 2018, setting a record with sales totaling 2,546 units. While the new totals surpass the 2018 numbers by 6.8%, the rate of increase is slightly reduced over the 2017-2018 comparison period, where the reported increase was 8.7%.
